In this respect, by accessing or using the CSG website, the user is automatically bound by these general terms and conditions of use, and any successive modifications made by CNES at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

 

These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions of use shall be submitted to the courts of Paris (France).

 

 

The CSG website provides non-contractual information relating to the activities of the Guiana Space Centre.

CNES grants the user a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use its website. All other rights are expressly excluded.
