First Ariane 64 now being prepared at the CSG
The components for the maiden launch of Ariane 64, the four-booster version of Ariane 6, have arrived at the Guiana Space Centre. This marks the start of its launch campaign.
The Ariane 6 launcher parts arrived in French Guiana after their transatlantic journey aboard the cargo ship Canopée. Their arrival marks a key milestone for Ariane 6, whose four-booster version is being geared up for its maiden launch.
Preparations are in full swing at the Guiana Space Centre: components are being transferred to the integration areas, the launch vehicle is gradually being assembled, and the satellites of the Amazon Leo constellation to be orbited during this mission are also being readied.
Through these campaign images, discover the sequence of this meticulous preparation by the teams mobilised at Europe's spaceport, with a view to a launch scheduled for February 2026.
